How can I get a replacement for a lost or stolen key?
1) Notify your supervisor and advise them with the details of the loss so appropriate actions concerning the security of the building can be taken:
- Which key was lost?
- When was it lost?
- Where might it have been lost? (We know, we know … but give it your best try.)
- Was it lost with anything identifying it back to BISD?
2) Your supervisor will contact Facilities Management for a replacement key (x.
3) A replacement key will be made and returned to your supervisor as soon as possible.
